Candy and Tanya were very helpful answering our questions and arranging a home walk-through and quote from Mike who provided his expertise for our needs and answered our followup questions promptly and professionally. Installation was scheduled quickly and handled expertly by Paul, Dylan, and Alex. They all offered skilled service, made sure we were familiar with the units upon completion, and left our home impeccably neat. We received a thank you letter a few days later. A To Z is a wonderful company to work with. Thanks to Paul who responded to a no heat call on presidents weekend and got my furnace working to Logan who came today with the replacement part. Everyone is always kind and caring efficient and knowledgeable.

Mike and his team installed our units in April 2021. At first, there was nothing to judge at that time of year as not really hot or cold. The heat and humidity of the past few weeks though is only on the outside to my family. Everything Mike promised in terms of cooling has been right on. This old house is as cool as can be with no noisy air conditioners. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with this system and the team that installed it.
